In case you decide to discontinue your subscription after payment, we will retain the amount equivalent to one month’s license fee, and refund the remaining balance for any unused period. This applies only if the refund request is raised within the first 30 days of subscription activation.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@vitrifysoftware.com, along with your registered email and payment details. Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
