Customer Success Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes with Vitrify software. This role is focused on building long-term client relationships, maximizing software adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
  • Onboard new clients and train them on software usage.
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify adoption challenges.
  • Provide timely resolutions to client queries and issues.
  • Gather feedback to improve product features and user experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and ROI.
  • Create personalized success plans for high-value clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for escalations and custom requests.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Host webinars and workshops for clients.
  • Ensure clients understand and utilize all relevant features.
  • Advocate for client needs within the organization.
  • Track customer success metrics and prepare reports.
