The Vitrify API lets fertility clinics and approved partners integrate with the IVF platform programmatically. It is a REST interface for operational data such as appointments, leads, billing and reports, so your own systems can read and write the records that run day to day.
The API is scoped to operational integration. It covers the workflows below and is designed around clinic and partner use cases.
Read availability and create or update demo and consultation bookings, so scheduling stays in sync with the tools your front desk already uses.
Push enquiries from your website, campaigns or call centre straight into the clinic CRM, with source and campaign data attached for reporting.
Reconcile invoices, payments and package data with your finance or accounting stack, without re-keying figures between systems.
Pull operational metrics such as appointment volumes, lead conversion and revenue summaries into your own dashboards and warehouse.
Not exposed: patient, embryo and donor medical records stay inside the private platform. The API does not provide access to clinical records or lab data; it is limited to the operational workflows listed above.
A conventional REST and JSON interface. The full contract is being finalised for launch.
Resource-oriented endpoints returning JSON, using standard HTTP methods and status codes. Conventions are documented in the developer docs.
A versioned base path (a /v1 prefix). The host is issued at launch. Breaking changes ship as new versions.
Keys are issued per clinic or partner and sent on each request. The exact scheme is finalised at launch. Cookie and session auth are private to the app and are not used here.
Requests are rate limited to protect the platform. The published limits and headers are provided at launch.
