Vitrify has added caller availability and automatic lead reassignment to its inbuilt CRM. Callers can be marked unavailable through a weekly day-off roster, dated leave or an immediate out-toggle.
Unavailable callers are skipped in round-robin assignment. Marking someone out moves their open leads to available callers. An unattended lead reassigns together with its WhatsApp chat to the next available caller.
The feature solves a real problem for busy clinics. When a caller is on leave, enquiries used to stall. A stalled enquiry is a patient who does not hear back.
