Vitrify has added CRM reporting and analytics. Clinics can slice the lead funnel by city and by caller against monthly registration targets, with day-wise reporting.
The release adds camp insight dashboards, caller performance reporting and multi-rule filters across every report, plus a manager-only panel that flags cities behind target and low-converting callers, a missed-leads report, CSV export and charts.
Clinic managers asked for a way to see where enquiries were being won and lost. The reporting gives them that view without exporting to a spreadsheet.
