Vitrify has improved its payment ledger and financial export. Add-on charges such as donor sperm, donor eggs, anaesthesia and embryo glue now export as real amounts rather than yes or no flags.
Total package cost has been redefined to match the consolidated financial summary. Every date column now uses the real clinic date for visiting, treatment start, payment and embryo transfer rather than the data-entry timestamp.
Clean financial data matters when a clinic reconciles its accounts. The change came from clinics that needed their exports to match what actually happened.
