If something here is wrong, we want to fix it, and we would rather hear it from you than leave it standing.

A listing is wrong or out of date

Addresses move, phone numbers change and clinics close. Tell us what is wrong and, where you can, point us at something that shows the correct version — a clinic website, a registration record, a public listing. Every correction is applied against a cited source, so a correction with a source is applied faster than one without.

A clinic or doctor should not be listed at all

Tell us and we will check it. Where a listing is factually unsupportable it is unpublished, and its URL then returns a genuine 404 rather than an empty page. Where a clinic has closed, the page is kept with a closure notice, removed from every list, and dropped from search visibility after 90 days — losing the record entirely would hide the fact that it closed, which people search for.

You are the clinic or the doctor

Profiles can be claimed. A claim needs two independent signals before it is granted — a verified email address on the organisation's own domain and a callback to the published number — because a single signal is forgeable and a claimed profile carries the right to reply publicly. Only one claim on a profile can be verified at a time.

A review about you is wrong

See the review policy. A review can be disputed, and a disputed review is marked as such while it is looked at. If the reviewer was never a patient, say so and we will investigate rather than take either party's word for it. Reviews are not removed simply for being negative.

Records we keep

Every change to a listing, every moderation decision and every claim outcome is recorded with the actor, the reason, the before-and-after values and the timestamp. That record is append-only at the database level, so a correction is auditable and reversible rather than a silent overwrite.
