  • Claim it, and a named person calls the number the registry holds within two working days
  • Verification rests on two independent checks, and only a person can revoke it
  • Tell us anything that is wrong and we correct it against a cited source

What paying never buys

This list is the point of the page, and it is the part that does not change when prices are set.

The separation is enforced in the database, not promised in copy. The service that calculates ranking and scores runs as its own role, which cannot read the plan a listing is on, its subscription, its Spotlight slots, who claimed it, or who enquired about it. ⚠️ And the Vitrify software customer list is not in this directory's database at all — it lives in a separate system, so the ranking service could not consult it even if it were permitted to.

Spotlight placements

A Spotlight is a labelled band that sits outside the ordinary results. One slot per city per treatment, allocated by waiting list and not by auction. It shows only data that already appears on the clinic's own listing, it must still match what the patient filtered for, and it changes nothing about the order of the results beneath it.

No Spotlight slot is sold or reserved anywhere The inventory exists — one slot per city per treatment — and nothing is allocated. Slot pricing in the design scales with each city’s monthly search volume, and this directory records no search-volume figure for any city, so no slot can honestly be priced yet.

Claiming is the part that works today

A free claim is live now: find your listing, tell us who you are, and we verify you against the registry record. Claim your listing. Verification rests on two independent checks, which is the rule published at /find/review-policy/, and a verified claim can be revoked by a person if the evidence turns out to be wrong.

How ranking actually works is written out at /find/how-we-rank/, and the score at /find/clinic-score/. Neither mentions a plan, because neither reads one.
